ADULT PROGRAMMING

FITNESS PROGRAMMING FOR ADULTS 
Phield House will be looking to offer opportunities for our adult community to workout in a variety of different classes as we move ahead with our programming. From Fitness Classes and Boot Camps to Speed & Agility training and Yoga, we are looking to increase the opportunities for the adult community that visit Phield House. Whether you are trying to maintain and improve upon a current level of fitness, or look to get back in to better shape, we will be adding offerings to make this possible.

FITNESS CLASSES (View Schedule)
SPRING INTO SHAPE FIT CAMP – Sixty minute full body workout utilizing body-weight exercises that focus on strength, cardio and core!!! Get ready to train hard, have fun and get fit for the spring time. This class will meet every Thursday, starting March 15th at 6:00 AM. $15/class with packages available as well.

ADULT YOGA This is for any parent looking for a little “ME” time; the casual “Yogi” looking for a great workout: or the Athlete looking to enhance their overall performance. This is an ALL-Level class that will link breath and movement along with strengthening your core. A certified instructor will help to get your body and mind rejuvenated.

CHILDRENS PROGRAMMING

EARLY YEARS (1 -5 YRS)
Active Stars:
The “Active Stars” program will provide children with activities that support and develop both gross and fine motor skills. Gross motor skills involve control of the arms, legs, head, and trunk. Fine motor skills involve the careful control of small muscles in the hands, feet, fingers, and toes.

Music Monkey Jungle:
Join Lori & Marci of Music Monkey Jungle – Tuesday Mornings for an hour of music, movement and dance goodness at Phield House – an awesome, NEW facility in Center City! Music monkeys of all ages are invited to bounce, bop, move, groove and have a rockin’ good time. Guardian participation is vital and mandatory. (You’ll get the MMJ workout you’ve all been looking for!)

“Little Yogi’s” Yoga:
The Phield House “Little Yogi’s” yoga class is designed for ages three to five years and will help increase your child’s coordination, flexibility and strength. Little Yogi’s will help instill the importance of taking care of your body and will encourage mindfulness at an early age.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS:

Active Starz:
The “Active Starz” after-school program will be an hour of FUN and GAMES with one of our activity specialists. Your kids will be active and entertained for an hour and exhausted by the end.

Junior Scholar-Athlete:
Promote an academic enrichment program that combines supervised homework time with physical activities, logic games, arts & crafts.

Learn To Play Basketball (3-5 yrs):
Phield House Learn to Play Basketball program uses an instruction-based approach.We want all of our young athletes to learn to play and love the sport of basketball in a fun way that builds a positive foundation for a future in sports.

FUNdamentals of Basketball (6-8 yrs):
Phield House FUNdamental basketball program emphasizes individual skill development in a fast-paced environment. All clinics are taught by our coaches who push players to improve their overall skills in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Basketball Skills (9-11 yrs):
In our skills clinics, Phield House coaches will work to balance a competitive mindset while working to improve the fundamental skills level of all of our players. Players will learn the fundamentals of the game with age-appropriate drills and small-sided games that will help develop the overall basketball IQ of all of our participants.

Basketball Skills (12-14 yrs):
In our skills clinics, Phield House coaches will work to balance a competitive mindset while working to improve the fundamental skills level of all of our players. Players will learn the fundamentals of the game with age-appropriate drills and small-sided games that will help develop the overall basketball IQ of all of our participants.

Learn To Play Soccer (3-5 yrs):
Phield House coaches will teach soccer through small-sided games on appropriate sized fields with competitions that help instill a love of soccer in our youngest athletes.

The Phield House FUNdamental soccer program emphasizes individual skill development in a fast-paced environment. All clinics are taught by our coaches who push players to improve their overall skills in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Soccer Skills (9 – 11 yrs):
Players develop individual skills and field awareness in small-sided drills and games. Phield House coaches will focus on each player’s individual needs and help to improve those skills needed for play at the next level.

Players develop individual skills and field awareness in small-sided drills and games. Phield House coaches will focus on each player’s individual needs and help to improve those skills needed for play at the next level.

Learn to Play Baseball (3 – 5 yrs):
Our baseball/softball coaching staff will work to the improve basic skills, while coaching the strategies of the games of baseball and softball. Each age appropriate program will progressively work on developing skills and implementing these skills in small field simulations and game specific scenarios.

Rookies Baseball Skills (6 – 8 yrs):
The Phield House Rookies baseball program emphasizes individual skill development in a fast-paced environment. All clinics are taught by our coaches who push players to improve their overall skills in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Baseball Skills (9 – 11 yrs):
This program emphasizes individual skill development through focused attention on mechanics and repetition. Each age appropriate program progressively works on improving skills while implementing whats been learned into live field simulations and game specific scenarios.
